Calm, now.

Calm seas have lost its tranquility
Hosting chances for doom to come
Elaborate smiles are nowhere to be seen
Children's voices have lost its charm
Sleeping under a tent of sorrow
You hope to dream of a better tomorrow
Just as you're about to drift to sleep
Your conscience wakens you, you slowly weep
Like a stranger inside his own home
You're at lost on where to go
To search for a sliver of peace you yearn to earn
This is no longer my home, you learn
You live everyday, day by day
You're afraid to plan, it might just be today
Imprisoned by the fear that you may lose
All elements in life that once define you

(Dedicated to the Palestinians)
